    I usually have about... 65ºC GPU temp, while not playing. Is that normal or could that mean that I have a faulty GPU?

    Perfectly Normal temp'.. dont worry..

    Btw, a 'faulty GPU' wont necessarily be evident with temp's.. though it might be an indication.. but in any case, ur monitor will start acting up even before u cud probably check the temp's..

    But for now, your temperature' are normal!!! And the GPU cycles b/w 54/55 to 65/66 C, for normal work...
