    M1330 Vista Freeze on Green Bar

    M1330 freezes on the green bar on startup when the Media Slot is ENABLED in the BIOS
    When i DISABLE it, it loads up fine.

    Now i cant use my memory card slot ..

    Anyone else experiencing the same problem
    How do i fix this?

    thats werid. are the drivers installed for windows for the card slot?

    Try uninstall drivers for card reader reboot then install card reader divers.
    You have not damaged the contact within the reader?
    Have a peep with a touch and see if any contacts are over lapping on one and other.

    how do i uninstall the card reader driver? sorry..

    and which driver is it on the utilities disc

    ok i re-installed the ricoh driver, rebooted then switched it on in the BIOS and it still freezes on the green bar..
    What should i do now?

    I downloaded that driver, rebooted, enabled card reader in BIOS and it still freezes on the green bar. Any other solutions?
