This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    M1210 screen dead again... help!

    A while ago my M1210 backlight kicked the bucket. Used an external display for a while until I broke down and ordered a new inverter off ebay. This fixed the issue for about 2 weeks. I just looked over and my screen was black again. Is something killing my inverter or do I have a different issue? I'm about to just buy a new laptop...
