    Laptop Won't Shut Off

    I have a 5 month old XPS13, 9350. Running perfectly fine until yesterday when I noticed I was unable to shut it off. When I click on Shut Down, the laptop reboots as if I hit Restart. I don't know of any settings that changed.
    Any ideas? Thank you.

    look in the event viewer for errors, googling the thread title, faulty driver.
    That should get you going :)
