Hey guys haven't been on for a while

After finally getting bf3 limited ed through the post, getting past of the install headache. I'm now having problems playing the dam game

I have noticed after a while the game keeps crashing, just freezes mid game, screen goes white and once i ctrl alt del.... task manager shows that the ram has all been used up

What could be the problem? anyone having similar issues?

4gb should be plenty to play games. You don't need anything over that to play any game. When you are playing BF3, do you have any programs running in the background that are minimized?

Do you have the BF3 Beta drivers from the Nvidia website or the drivers from the Dell website. I had similar problems and the beta driver solved them.

The bf3 beta drivers for nvidia were the 285.38, and the newest drivers for your card are the 285.62 whql (if you're on win7 64): Graphics Driver - Verde 285.62 Driver - GeForce

try the driver i linked to and see if it helps the performance.

Check your cpu/gpu temps as well. You can check your gpu temps through gpu-z and cpu temps through either hwinfo32/64 or hwmonitor. Temps can be the cause of the instability you are facing.

i have been checking them since i got the game using hwmonitor, max temps im getting is in the 90s.

its the physical memory usage is what i believe is causing the issues as when it white screens and freezes there is no physical memory available when i use taks manager to close bf3 down
