To those with the L502X and the Intel 6230,

I noticed today when running Windows Update under Optional Updates there was an update for the Bluetooth on the Intel 6230. Has anyone installed this from Windows Update? Any issues to report?

I have only installed drivers from Windows updates as few times, and had problems at least half the time. At least once, the device quite working. Sorry I can't be more specific, but I just can't remember.

Now my rule is that I only use windows update for drivers when one isn't available from the vendor. Otherwise, I only install drivers from the device vendor, or if they don't make them available, from the machine vendor, e.g. Dell.
