Hi, I have a L502X. If I run the Dell support centre, and click on 'drivers and downloads' it tries to take me to the following web page:

    "support.euro.dell.com/support/downloads/driverslist.aspx?c=GB&l=EN&s=dhs&os=W764&osl=EN&servicetag=8BLFQS1&appIndex=dellspct"

However this just resolves to a web site at the following address, which tells me that I have a service tag of {service tag} "www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/19/Home/NoDriversFound"

If I then go to the support website manually & put in my service tag, then it shows that I have only 2 driver updates available (wireless network & dell diagnostics). Yet when I go to 'all XPS files' I see a BIOS update to A09 - since I currently have A07, presumably that should apply to me.

So, why can I not get to the right web page from the Dell support centre, and why do I not see all the drivers I should get?

Are you referring to a drivers page that has two tabs, one for your specific service tag, and one for all drivers for your model?

That happens with my XPS-17, not sure why. Maybe they assume you've already have installed anything for your specific machine that's not listed on that tab. The "All files" tab is where you'll find all the drivers, you'll just need to make your own choices as to which you want to install.

Yes, that's the page. I assumed tab for my machine would only offer me drivers for hardware I had, and only if they were newer ones than I already had installed.

Maybe I expect too much, but I couldn't see the point of the 2 tabs otherwise!
