    Keyboard & JBL sound/eject contol bar not working. Where to buy parts?

    I was scammed on 9/24/2011 for a refurbished Dell Studio 1745 with JBL SXS sound that is out of warrantee. DELL will not help me. The keyboard jumps all over my documents, even in emails. The JBL optical sound bar with eject button does not work. Where can I purchase these PARTS. Would like to replace keyboard with a backlighted one. Grandma needs HELP!

    Uhh...have you tried returning it?

    Keyboard shouldn't be difficult to find. M711P is the P/N. Should work for 1745/1747/1749.

    Are you talking about the keyboard cover? MT2RR is the P/N
