Is this called "color bleed" or something else?

The replacement screen for my M1330 has a problem. The lines that make up the letters of text don't show up very well against white or light-colored backgrounds. It makes text hard to read, especially with a thin font, where the thinner parts of letters seem to get lost in the background.

Is this called "color bleed" or is there another term for it?

The official term for that is "crappy screen".

    I agree.
But I was wondering if there was a less general term for it.
