So I'm trying to figure out the Intel video driver numbering. On Dell's website, the latest IntelHD driver for 6th gen chips is 20.19.15.4300 and .4331.

On Intel's site for downloads for the 6th gen chips their drivers are 15.40.14.4352.

Is there some correlation between the 20.19 series and the 15.40 series? I'm assuming they are one in the same, but why the difference?

Ah, Intel, masters of obfuscation through version numbering ....

Anyway, only the build number (the last 4 digits) is relevant here, and the rest is just different internal identfiers that vary depending on the usage, e.g. 20.19.15.4300: 20 = Windows 10, 19 = DirectX 12. These can be safely ignored.

See here for the (incomplete!) explanation:
    http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005654.html

"There is no difference between the two. The rest of numbers are just for internal reference."

So does "15" at the beginning mean something? OEM? I didn't see "15" in the table.
