Hi all, I'm not using the stock dell drivers for my 3670 but still CCC reports my core clock to be 400mhz instead of 680mhz. Is this something to do with powerplay or is it dell just being dicks and hardwiring it into our computers to set the defaults to 400mhz every reboot?
