I recently sold my laptop and i forgot to install the driver for the webcam. Now that the buyer couldn't get the webcam to work, he said the software is not detecting the webcam. I need some help so i can assist the buyer.

Go to device manager and see if it lists the webcam.

Webcam doesn't show up on device manager. Does this mean hardware problem?
