I want to first thank Dell for going above and beyong the delivery date. It was expected to ship on thr 10th and I actually received it today. Dell is the best. But anyways, here are just a few questions to you current owners:

1.) How can I adjust my RGB settings to perfection and what settings would you recommend (Please don't post a thread of a 10 pages that I will have to read through).

2.) I purchased the 9 cell. Do I want to fully charge it, then let it die all the way down so the sensor is correct or what would you recommend?

3.) Is the AC adapter supposed to be scorching hot? I can't even touch it without it being too hot. Its crazy.

4.) Microsot Office Home and Student came pre-loaded but I am upgrading to MS Enterprise. Can I sell the discs of H & S and someone be able to fully use it? I just dont have any need for the software at this point.

5.) What else would you recommend I do on setup?

    Thanks!!!!

    1) Is still in discussion, unfortunately you have to read: http://forum.notebookreview.com/showthread.php?t=382939
    2) Generally, you do not let li-ion batteries to die, it reduces their number of recharge cycles available. However, is good to do that every now and then. I guess is not a bad idea to do it in the first time you use the battery.
    3) AC adapters tend to run hot: I don't have this system yet to know how hot, but my all of my laptop's adapters give out noticeable heat.
    4) I am no expert, but I do not see why not if you give the other person the serial number and the disks (and you delete your copy).
    5) Remove any pre-installed software you do not need.

You posted less than an hour ago...Give peep's a chance to respond! You can always use the < Search > Button at the top of the page, if you can't wait for other's responses......

Here is one answer on the 9 cell: No you don't need to fully charge it. You can start using it.
Here is a nice battery guide..if you choose to peruse it: (I used the Search button to find the Guide).

    1) I'm fine with these settings:
Catalyst Control Center > Color > all Channels: Gamma (1.50); Brightness (-45); Contrast (100). Then in Red, adjust Brightness to -60.

    2) In Dell's manual, they recommend us to charge your battery at least 12 hours before using the laptop on battery power. And I don't think that you should drain up your battery. Just use it to 10-15% then recharge. When your battery's fully charged, and you're going to continue using on AC power for a long time, then take the battery out, or press Fn+F3 > Battery Life > Tick on Disable Battery Charging.

3)Yes, my AC adpater's hot like hell. Need advision for this too!

4)I Have no idea. depend on demand.

    5) UNDERVOLT it!
