I only see 9400M G from device manager no matter what power plan i've changed in vista power management.... did i missed out something or dell gave me an old model which only have 9400m? Sorry for my bad english :)

If you ordered the "9500M" (GE) then required drivers for Hybrid SLI should automatically be enabled at which point switching to "High Performance" mode (with no applications directly accessing the GPU being open) should automatically enable Hybrid SLI and a dialogue indicating this should be shown. You can try re-installing the official drivers from Dell's website if you wish.

Hybrid SLI on the Dell SXPS 13 is between the integrated 9400M G and the discrete (yet crappy) 9200M GS w/ 256MB onboard GDDR3 memory which together form the "9500M GE".
