Blah blah blah, the SXPS 16 in 1080p mode and default DPI displays really tiny text. Here are some steps to experiment with some other resolutions without going all the way down to 720p mode:
From PowerStrip in the system tray click 'Display Profiles' -> 'Configure'
Click 'Advanced Timing Options'
Click 'Custom Resolutions'
Under the resolutions, find '1680x1050p (LCD)' and click it
Select 16:9 under 'Aspect Ratio'
Change the right resolution (Active Pixels) to '960' press tab key
The left resolution should go to '1707'
Click 'Add New Resolution'
Don't reboot yet.
repeat steps using '954' as the right resolution value. The left should go to
'1696'
click Add new Resolution.
Don't reboot yet.
select 'Aspect Ratio' back to 'Any'
select '1440x900p (LCD)' on the left
select '16:9' in 'Aspect Ratio'
click 'Add new resolution'
You can now reboot.
After it reboots, try all the new resolutions and see which one you like the best.
