I have been using my Dell XPS 15 9530 quite a while and searching the best way to cool it down. Most other laptop users have recommened using laptop cooling pad but what makes this laptop different is, it actually blows the air out from its bottom part so the laptop cooling pad will not work here.

So, do someone come up with nice idea for it?

Cooling pad will still work. The main benefit of the cooling pad is the fact that it properly elevates your laptop, in cases where your intake / exhaust may be blocked by a blanket on a bed, a soft desk pad, etc. Basically, anything except a hard, flat desk surface.

The other thing to do is to partially disassemble your laptop to make sure that all of your fans and heatsinks are clean and clear of dust. If you've owned your laptop for a while, and don't keep the cleanest environment, then a lot of gunk ends up building up in your computer.
