when I use my finger to put on mousepad and press on it a bit, there will be a noise as long as I press it. normal or faulty?

Oh and just just try to press on the left area next to mouse pad (below keyboard) I mean left corner, there will be the same long noise. What is it in that area of laptop?
and how can I get rid of the noise since it happens everytime if I press it or put my left hand on it.
