Ok, so I ordered a replacement screen for my crappy Samsung a few days ago. It's now on the way, but I'm not sure if I am getting an LG or not. When I go to check my support history it almost appears as if they've sent me a completely new laptop, but I checked multiple times before they sent it to make sure I only got the screen. There is a service kit in the history from yesterday, but there are things like dvd burners etc included on the order. Anyway, it lists two screens...not really sure how to read all this I suppose. Here's what it says:
bezel, Liquid Crystal Display
Latitude, Azida/Manila, V2
Service Kit,Liquid Crystal
Display,14.1,WXGA,VESA,D620
V2
There are also about 100 other things that it says I've ordered in the past few days (no exaggeration), mostly included with the Service Kit. Anyone have any idea what I'm actually getting? Oh, and this is the first and only laptop I've ordered thru Dell...so I have no idea what a Latitude has to do with anything.
Maybe I'm just looking in the wrong place...what's the best way to check their site for the part that they sent me? Thanks in advance!
