Alright, i put the notebook into hibernation sometime ago. And i accidentally pressed the media direct button instead of power button to resume it.
Well it turned up, the media direct menu showed then the below BSOD

    Code:
[size='2'][COLOR="Blue"]A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.

A process or thread crucial to your system operation has unexpectedly exited or been terminated.

If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps:

Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed.
If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer for any windows updates you might need.

If problems continue disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer, press F8 to select advanced start up options and then select Safe Mode.

    Technical information:

    ***Stop: 0x0000007B

    Beginning dump of physical memory.[/COLOR][/SIZE]

I restarted, since then it throws the usual Blue Dell Logo(the loading screen) and again restarts and keeps on doing that. And i am forced to shut it down by keeping the power button pressed. :( :(
And and and... i dont even get the advanced boot options by pressing the F8...
    Things i already tried -
    * Tried restoring the system to an earlier time, using the Vista DVD, no help.
    * Tried memory test, its fine.
    * Opened command prompt using Vista DVD, its reading all the partitions and data is intact. But its not booting into Vista.
Just keeps on restarting and doesnt get past the Blue Dell logo. i havent installed any new Hardware.
Why the hell it messed up, on using the media direct button??
I hope someone will come up with some solution..
    Thanks. :(

Nope. Nothing. I never mess with system files. Infact i dont even use that partition on which Vista is installed, for installing other programs...
It was working normally before i put into hibernation. Accidentally pressed media direct button and *poof*, it ****ed up... :(

Had you previously reformatted and deleted the media direct partition?
