I was wondering if anyone can suggest the best Firewire 800 expansion card to get for my xps 1530 (since the firewire socket on the machine is only 400)? I've seen a few, but would like to get an overall opinion from folks here.

    Thanks.

I haven't used any firewire adapters.. But I think belkin or SIIG should be good enough.. I have an express card eSATA adapter from SIIG, and it's served me fine for about 6 months now, no problems...

HD video capturing and tethered shooting with 65mp photos among other things.
