I have recently purchased an Dell XPS 15. So far only complaint is the F Keys (F1, F2, etc.) Those keys have certain features binded to them (brightness, volume, etc.) and I want to just use the regular F key. Any help?

Don't you need to push Fn Key to use that special features on F1 F2 etc.?

You can change this in the bios too if you prefer.

If you hit the settings button (the gear thingy above your keyboard's touchpad key) you can change the function key behavior from there. (Windows Mobility Center)
