Last year on my SXPS 1645, NBA 2K10 ran like a charm with acceptable framerates (~25 FPS) on 1080p resolution (most settings on med-high)
but NBA 2K11 is completely unplayable under 1080p and even 1600x900 because I get maximum 10 FPS with serious lag even during the main menu.

I am wondering whether anyone else who bought this game has had any better experiences than me so far and would like to share any tips as to how I can fix this issue.

    On a side note:
    - I have BIOS A12 (updated after getting same results with A11) and
    - 130W Adapter

    Thanks

I would seriously doubt that the GPU (5730) would produce this 10 FPS Max. You should ask yourself:
    1, Have I installed any software/update lately?
IF yes then you should uninstall it/them right away and test it again
2, Have I done anything to the video card settings?
3, Is it being slow for this only specific game (NBA2k11) or is it the same on other games as well?

Nvm... there were some settings in ATI Catalyst centre that needed to be changed... now I get almost 70FPS on 720p high settings
