    Hello,

I received my L502X yesterday. As I wanted to partition my HDD I formatted it. After doing a clean install and installing everything a driver problem is still persisting. The bluetooth is working. But I get bluetooth peripheral not installed. What could be the problem. Attaching pic. Thanks!

Did you first load Notebook System Software and then the Chipset driver. They must be loaded first before any other drivers. Then load your Network Card and Bluetooth driver.

I did not follow any specific sequence to install the drivers. I just installed them randomly. Does it matter? Thanks

It is not a problem, I have the same experience . I think it is just list of all devices you try to connect through Bluetooth but failed in its driver's installation, creating a list of installed devices without driver. CMIIW.

There is no NSS for L502X,you begin with chipset driver.

Don't delete the C:\Drivers folder. Then open up Device Manager and right click on the Unknown Device. Click update driver and say you have the driver and browse to the C:\Drivers folder and it should install automatically. This is how I was able to fix all of my conflicts after reinstalling the OS. Do make sure the chipset drivers are installed first then do that for the rest of the conflicts.

I had this problem and it is due to the antivirus program McAfee it sees the blue tooth drive of Dells as a virus. Go into the virus program and allow the bluetooth programs that were extracted to run.

I don't think you should worry, I wanted to send a song from my phone and laptop and used the bluetooth and then these things appeared in device manager, removed my phone from the bluetooth on my laptop and they were gone.
