    Hello Everybody,

    How can I download factory installed softwares?
    For example Roxio CD creator, face recognition etc. ?

    I tried to download by when I went to support.dell.com and automatically logged in, I clicked to my account and after I clicked to "Download Factory Installed Software (My Dell Downloads)"

    Always this page comes up, https://smartsource.dell.com/web/UserForms/RegisterSystem.aspx
    I already registered my laptop of course...

    Why?

    I already logged in at that time when the registration page comes up.
    Is there available other link /menu item/ wha I can able to use for download factory installed softwares?
