Did you get earphones with your M1330?

How many of you got earphones (brand??) with your M1330? If yes, when did you make your purchase and when did you receive it?

 

All brand new M1330's come with bonuses including headphones from Creative. You should receive it regardless of when you made your purchase and you receive it inside of the same package your M1330 comes in. The earphones are on the right side, inside of the leather manual along with microfiber cloth.

If you did not get them despite ordering a brand new M1330, then call up Dell and tell them those are missing and they will ship them to you.

If you purchased it from Dell outlet as a refurb.. well, you get them depending on whether the previous owner returned them or not.

 

I got the creative EP630 alongwith my 1330. I did not, however, get any micro fibre cloth. Upon enquiry I was told that Dell India does not offer any micro fibre cloths with any model

 

Ok, well, what I said applies to USA.

 

I received the headphones and sleeve, but not the cloth or leather folder. Mind you, the headphones are quite poor, you're better off picking up some cheap Sennseiher CX300's or something.

 

Or you could shell out some money for some Shure or Bose. Either way, free stuff is free stuff.

 

I got everything, but I do own a 1530

But was told you get them with all XPS machines.

Creative noise canx earbud headphones

 

Just got my M1330.
I got the leather folder and the microfiber cloth, but no headphone!

 

They used to. I recieved one with my 1330 in november. i dont think they ship it anymore though. a friend of mine bought one last month and she didnt get the leather folder or the cloth.

I ordered my XPS M1530 from Dell.ca

and I didn't get the following:

earphones
cleaning cloth
cd carrying case

Maybe its for the U.S only?

 

I got everything included (U.S.)

Also, I think the Creative earbuds are really good! Definitely way better sound and bass than the different iPod earbuds they offer. Plus, they're free!

 

Hey, back in January when I received my 1530 ~ I received everything and a couple of extras..for a situation with my order.

Call Dell, and I'm sure they will send you them ~ if you don't receive them

Oh and agreed...I really like the Creative earbuds

Dell customer service guy called me and asked if I received my laptop. I told him that it didn't come with the earbud and he says they will ship it.

 

When did you buy yours?

 

I got the earphones. My daughter's $30 Sony's just broke so I gave her the Creative ones and she likes them quite a bit. One thing: they block out almost all outside sound.

Not sure what you mean by the folder but it came with a carrying case. There were a few other goodies too but I think that they're still in the box. Dell went above and beyond with a few extra goodies.

 

Just got my 1330 Tues and no ear buds or case/sleeve. Just a leather folder for the owners manual and a micro fiber cloth. I have a email into customer service.

 

Ugh, I'm almost 99% sure mine won't come with the extra's. I just wish Dell would keep to one thing. You see everyone asking the same about the accessories, because they saw them on YouTube, pictures, and posts talking about them.

 

I got everything except earbuds .

 

I hope I get anything besides a working laptop.

 

just recieve my 1530 tuxedo yesterday,lots of CDs, lots of Manuals, even tech support manual, sleeve, remote and dell BT mouse for free, didn't ordered the mouse , didn't get the earphones nor cleaning cloth ... that clothe would have been realy usefull, but I prefer the mouse.
I'm in latinameria, just in case, please forgive me for my english.(First post too )

brand new ... no scratches, no keyboad bump, nothing.
how can I know if it is refurbished BTW? .. besides looking closely for any defects

 

I received mine yesterday. No earphones, sleeve, or folder. I've sent them an e-mail.

 

got mine replaced 3 times. each one came with all 3 accessories. The last one I received was in late January.

 

Well, I've sent them an e-mail and phoned them. They say that you can only get these items with certain promotions. They won't send me any of the 3 items that I didn't get.
