    Hi, i have an xps m1530 laptop and i replaced my shattered lg screen wxga+ with an lg wsxga+. When its hooked up it only works in safe mode but not in normal mode. Not sure why so i put back my old screen and it worked fine.

    Doesn't work as in;

    Does it POST? Do you get video? Does the Dell splash screen come up?

    Or does it not power on? Very big difference.
