My Dell XPS1330 is about 15 months old and has been working fine until today. When I just turned it on, its DVD drive (E) started doing the "Eject" operation and has been doing it continuously ever since. I have tried shutting down completely and re-starting but no change. Could anyone give any any advice about how to resolve this? Many thanks

Try a firmware update for the drive. You can find it on Dell's website at drivers section.
