    ok...I just bought (today in fact) an XPS M1530, with the following specs:

    PROCESSOR Intel® Core™ 2 Duo Processor T9500 (2.6GHz/800Mhz FSB, 6MB Cache)

    OPERATING SYSTEM Genuine Windows Vista® Ultimate Edition SP1

    LCD AND CAMERA High Resolution, glossy widescreen 15.4 inch LED LCD (1440x900) & 2.0 M

    MEMORY 4GB Shared Dual Channel DDR2 SDRAM at 667MHz (2 Dimms)

    HARD DRIVE Speed: 250GB 7200rpm SATA Hard Drive Free Fall Sensor

    VIDEO CARD 256MB NVIDIA® GeForce® 8600M GT

    SOUND OPTIONS Integrated Sound Blaster Audigy HD Software Edition


    OK....So....anybody knows at what graphics quality I will be able to play Crysis at when I receive this laptop? Tell me the resolution and the average quality plz...

    I'd say 1280x800, medium is the highest you'll be able to go.

    I have been playing it medium at 1280x800, and it is definitely playable. Its even better when you play with DX9. You wont even notice the a graphical difference from DX10.

    The only real bad slow down is in cut scenes.
    And make sure your using a cooler, or have a nine cell battery, so it is elevated.

    i waas able to get mine to run in the native 1440x900 smoothly but had to OC video card to 700/900 to get there
