    All,
    is the laptop sleeve that comes with the XPS M1530 the same as the XPS M1330? I would have thought that the 1530 one would need to be bigger?

    Reason I ask is I have a M1330 and love the sleeve, want to get a bigger one for 15" gaming laptop I plan to buy soon.

    No, the 1530 one is a larger version of the same sleeve.

    why in the world would a 13.3 inch sleve be the same one supplied with a 1530? how does that make sense..

    Also, they are not even supplying the black XPS sleeves anymore with the 1330's or 1530's...If you happen to get one by *chance* now..consider yourself a very lucky person. That promo ended a very long time ago.

    And, they are both different sizes, BTW ;)

    i got one with my 1340 ;x its a peice of junk tho.. but the 9cell battery fits in it suprizingly

    They are on Ebay, I bought one that claimed was for a 15" machine but its the same size as my existing 13" machine"

    Yes, I saw pics of the ones that came with the 1340's, very thin. The ones that were provided with the 1530s were very nice. They were fairly thick and had a nice cover flap (envelope style w/magnetic closure). ;)

    Oh, that's to bad...so the one you received was actually for the 1330 not the 1530. :( Have you tried contacting the Seller?

    Thats actually not a sleeve for the XPS. It is simply a little CD folio that contains 5 or 6 2-CD pockets that you can keep your OS install media, driver discs, etc. It also includes a pocket to keep the XPS cleaning cloth and the owner's manual.

    If this is still what you are looking for, you can probably get one of these on ebay.
