    Hi Guys,

My XPS is been going through all kinds of issue. The first time the laptop died and would not power up and had a technician came out and change the motherboard and power supply. Three months after the same issue and once again they send a guy to change the motherboard and power supply. This just happened two days ago, now just two days after, same issue and once again they want to send out a tech to change the same two parts.
I got it escalated and some guy named Raj called from "corporate" to tell me that they won't replace the computer now or even if it happens again, and there are only two options available to me, which are onsite tech or send it to the depot for analysis.

I don't want to send this thing to the depot and I don't really believe that fixing this same parts again will fix the system. As you can imagine I'm very frustrated by all this and I think I'm done with Dell for good. The guy was so adamant that they don't do replacement and thus they wont.

Just want to see if anyone else got their system replaced.
    thanks,
