I just recently bought a dell XPS 13 9360 certified refurb from the dell outlet website and i recently found out that my FHD laptop has a touch screen. I could not find any information on this anywhere on the dell website. Does anyone have information on this? I attached pictures to show proof.

    Any information would help.

I think these FHD touchscreen XPS versions are sometimes available at select distributors, including the Microsoft Stores.

I contacted Dell Support about it, and they referred me to the Outlet support who looked into my order. They told me my laptop was used by a dell technician trying out the Dell XPS 13 FHD with a touch screen. That is why it was listed as refurbished even though it wasnt. There are some scuff marks on the bottom panel, but that isnt to bad. They even refunded me $30 for the inconvenience.

I have the 9360 FHD touch, too. My 9350 was QHD+ and that's way overkill IMO. I wanted FHD touch for battery life and to also help in those few scenarios that do not scale properly. I'm really tickled with mine.
