    Dell XPS 15z Bluetooth issue

    hi guys..

    I've an issue with Bluetooth on my dell xps 15z, I installed the win 7 ult from scratch & installed all drivers but the same problem still found, the Bluetooth doesn't work before & after re-installing the windows!!!
    I tried to remove the driver from device manager several times & re-install it but the problem is same..

    does anyone 've any solution for this issue??

    I think you have N-6230 which has Integrated Bluetooth, if all the mentioned steps done and still not working, I think is the motherboard problem.
    I had the same problem before, I did everything I knew, fresh install, driver installed/uninstalled, Fn-F2 was not working at all, even the Dell Quickset application did not helped.
    I just called Dell replaced the motherboard, it is working fine since.
