    Is it possible to hook up a 30" display to the XPS 1530 in order to display a resolution that size? :confused:

    i guess but the card would be under a lot of stress. why don't hook up a better pc to the screen? my q is why that big of a res? isn't full hd big enough?

    No, it is not possible, it doesn't support Dual-link DVI
