I recently plugged my 1TB Passport essential hard drive (USB-3.0) into the port at the left side- USB 3.0 I connected and used it for few minutes but nothing happening. Windows not even seems to load drivers/recognize. I tried two-three times but still the same. But, On the back side it works fine.

I've plugged my friend's 500GB Passport essential into the port at the left side and back side and it works fine. My Logitech unifying receiver works fine, Sandisk USB 2.0 works fine. It's the only problem with my 1TB Passport essential.

Before, I was using Logitech unifying receiver at the left side port so, I never noticed this issue.

    What could be the cause?
