    Hello,

I have recently bought a new XPS 1645. Maybe if I had've read some of the threads on here I might not have!!!

The system arrived (about two weeks ago) with a 90 watt power adapter. After phoning Dell regarding some lock ups that I was having, today, I received a 130W adapter.

I have been experiencing graphics glitches while playing games, particularly Call of Duty 4 and 5. Textures stretch and 'go funny' colours are all wrong. Every time I start a new gaming session, it seems to go okay for a while and then get progressivly worse. I was hoping that it was a power supply issue, but I have received the new adapter today and it's still happening!!

I have tried installing the latest drivers from the ATI website, 10.3 I believe. No real difference.

It's an XPS 1645 with Core i7 820QM, 8 GB RAM, and the 1 GB Mobility Radeon 4670. I'm running the version of Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit that came with the machine, I didn't reformat. I did remove some of the Dell software, but all of their drivers, except now I guess Video, are still intact.

Does anyone have any advice/suggestions? I have attached some screenshots to show some of the problems.
