On this Dell Studio XPS 13 I'm having a problem with the touch pad, when I set the pointer speed to fast and apply that setting and ok it its set on fast but after a reboot it goes back to slow ??? anyone know whats going on here?

P.s I'm only web browsing with this god damn thing, WiFi on, Bluetooth off, Power saver mode on and litterally just switched on and already I'm down to 3/4 battery after a full charge. This is one heap of crap laptop. Anyone would be better off with something like a ASUS eepc 1000HE (10 hour battery life for web browsing) and I doubt its as hot as this. Trying to run any form of normal application just makes it burn with the nvidia 9500m on performance mode. It's useless for gaming thats a certainty.
