    DELL customer care in India SUCKS BIG TIME...!!
    i never got through Dell customer care officer on phone..
    its always busy and says 'we will b with u shortly' bull !!

    DELL COSTOMER CARE SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I hav tried it a few times ...The wait time was around 5-10 mins ......maybe u are hard at luck :D

    I have Tried too , I usually get someone with maybe 15min Max but as far i am concerned I like the Dell's Overall Service thats why i am got my third laptop from Dell :D

    I can't say it is great, but compared to others I think it is one of the best, at least, and most of the time, you will get what you want.

    Their call holding time can be quite long, but at the end you'll still get through. I've called Dell several time in the past week for several separate issues and their waiting time has been at least 20+ minutes.
