    DELL XPS M1710 Question.

    Hey all I have a question, well two of rhem.

    1. I just got information that intel is coming with new Mobile CPU X7800, will I be able to replace it with my current T7600G.
    2. I have right now Nvidia GO 7950 GTX MXM chip and will I be able to upgrade it to new M8 cards ?\

    About new CPU I am thinkinh my current laptop is not made for "that much more" heat from X7800, and new M8 GPU's I don't know even if they are the same MXM 3 chips it may be diffirent size, voltage and stuff like that so... anyone have any advice .. oh also another thing, my 7950 GTX is still FATER than any M8 that CURRENTLY on the market so there is no point of upgrading (only DX10 feature) but I need performance .. so I think untill GO 8800 comeout and it will be compatible with XPS M1710 I don't have to worry about it, but still new CPU is VERY attractive pease of hardware.

    You wouldn't be able to upgrade your cpu.. The older meroms use a different socket and chipset.

    As for the graphics, it isn't possible to say anything until the refreshed 1710 is released..
