    Hi everyone,
    I recently upgraded my OS to Windows7 Enterprise!!
    But Remote Control Card doesn't work. I've replaced some batteries but no effect.
    Please help....

    Hi Hero,

    Sorry, but i have the same problem with my sxps 1640, i have windows 7 aswell.

    Tried installing quickset, but it didnt work. I think some people reported that their controls were working, but they were new controls ( Not the ones that came with the m1530 for example )

    Maybe its time to say goodbye to our poor old remotes :(

    I upgraded to Windows 7 and downloaded the VLC plug-in and it works great. I don't have the link, but it took me about 3 seconds to google for it.

    And i'm too lazy to type right now.

    The remote works with Win7, well at least for me in Win7 Ult 64bit.

    how does the remote work IR? or bluetooth? i stole my sisters and i have no idea how it connects to the laptop.
