I'm aware this is possible using a MDp to DP via thunderbolt, however, I want to know if there's any noticeable input lag? Just curious to see if the integrated graphics card can handle productivity/light programming work on 4K without too much studder. The 4K is also going to be daisy chained to a 24" 1200p monitor. Can anyone with any experience chime in? Thanks.

Specs on the dell is the i5 non-touch / 8gb ram.
    Thanks!

Should work as if plugged into a normal mDP graphics card. XPS 13 supports "DP alt mode", so native DP signal via USB-C.
I'm using WD15 dock and two external 1080p monitors. The only issue is fan noise with USB-C devices attached.
Seems Dell needs to fix this for XPS 13 too.
