I have been reading this forum for a while and notice that quite a few of the M1330/M1530 users got a replacement laptop from dell.
Maybe it will be good if all of us can share some information together to help other to the route of laptop replacement due to the faulty GPU?

I cant share mine coz my 2008 purchased M1330 had failed twice, but they just replaced me a new motherboard and heatsink which is not going to solve the issue. I have no luck to come to the replacement route.
btw, my location is Malaysia. and the department I approached was dell technical support department..
