    Is it possible to swap a 2630 to a 2720? I remember some cpus being soldered on Mb.Thanks.

    Yes, its possible to swap the CPU. I plan on getting a better one when they become obsolete. lol.

    The GPU on the other hand I hear is soldered to the board. :(

    That sucks!LOL I was going to swap the gpu when the prices dropped. I guess overclocking will have to do. Thanks for the reply Nigel,I kinda thought that was the case I guess you can say Im guilty of wishful thinking on the gpu.I think my alienware is upgradeable,I have to check when I get my m14x back and do a repaste.
