    I have dell complete care accidental damage warranty and i just dropped my computer with a USB drive plugged into it. Now the USB port fell out! So i am assuming i can claim this as a Accident damage and they will replace or send me a new mobo right?

    Awesome called in theyll just send me a new USB board to plug into the motherboard :)
