    I have a XPS M1530. It's 2 years old now.

the problem is on the housing of the laptop.
I have a white foggy/permanent whipe on 2 sides under my keyboard.

I don't know what dell's housing material is, but this is really strange.

It's gotta have something to do with the warmth or salt on my hands, since the white is only where I place my hands. When I clean it with a wet cloth, it dissappears for 5 seconds and slowly comes back.

    Pleaze help me out :)

That happened on my old Dell Inspiron 9400 after a couple years also. Its from dirt/oil/sweat on your palms, and unfortunately its the paint wearing off. Wiping with a wet cloth makes it 'disappear' because you are covering it in moisture. As soon as the moisture dries, the outlines and fading will become visible again.

Nothing you can do except paint over it.

its normal for any shiny surface after 2 years of wearing.
you can buy some laptop skin with wrist pieces to cover the surface up.
