My mum and dads Inspiron 1525 laptop has a dual core 2.5ghz CPU in it. they just use it for surfing the web.

I have a XPS M1710 laptop with 2.16ghz dual core in it. Do you see any problems with me putting the 2.5ghz CPU in my XPS ?
