I found very cheap ($39) 9-cell batteries for the SXPS13 on eBay. I ordered one and just got it. As far as I can tell it looks legitimate but I have some doubts.
    First, its really cheap.
Second they are supposedly used meaning they should be worn out a little. When I put it in my SXPS13 and looked at it in batterymon it shows that it is not worn out at all meaning it was never used.
The battery has a little bit of visual wear on it like it has been used. Here are some pictures. Can anyone spot anything off? Is it possible that it was opened and had the cells replaced?
The top battery is my original 6-cell that came with the computer. The bottom is the 9-cell.

EDIT: It seems like the price just jumped to $72. Looks like I got a really good deal.

Besides the fact that the origin of where the battery was manufactured from is different, I don't see anything else.

    You got a good deal.

I have a question to anyone with an SXPS 1340 9 cell battery. What is the design capacity of your battery? Mine is 94WHr which is significantly higher than the 85WHr written on the battery.
Its just a bit odd that a clearly used battery comes with 100% capacity and that capacity is over what is written on the battery.

Wow that's really weird, i want a nine cell battery myself but i don't want to pay 149 on parts-people, do you have warranty on it or can you put it on it from square-trade?
