    Bought a Dell XPS M1530, but regretting it. Can I make changes?

    Placed the order, but very disapointed in the CPU (C2D 1.83ghz 667fsb 2mb cache) I picked for it. Do you think Dell would allow me to send this back and swap in a different CPU? How much of a difference would I see with the extra FSB and GHZ? I was considering the 2.4 ghz with 3mb cache
