Up until yesterday, even though i had my bluetooth disabled, it remained in my task bar. Now when I wake my computer up, the icon is gone and the only way to get it back it to open the properties and reset the defaults. Can anyone explain this or tell me what I need to do to keep this in my task bar. Appreciate any help.

start > run > msconfig > startup > 'check in' bluetooth software > restart.... it should be there in your task bar...

And oh btw, the wireless / bluetooth hardware switch needs to be turned on as well...
