basically every time I boot into Windows I have to go into the device manager and disable then enable the Dell TrueMobile 355 Bluetooth + EDR, right when I enable it the Microsoft one pops up too, then it starts to work. Any ideas what's causing this?

    this is Vista 64-bit

also, any ideas what those other Base System Devices are?

    Try the IVT drivers.
I am using the latest 6.2 on vista x64 and it's working fine.
    Are you using 1330 or 1530 ?
If you can post the hardware id of the base system device then maybe I can look it up for you.
    I am using a 1330 btw
