This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Greetings to all..been a while since I have been on but my trusty ole 1647 recently developed an issue through windows update where it must have located a more recent driver for my bluetooth and installed it. Now at every boot it keeps installing this bluetooth remote control driver etc and ever since my mouse scroll wheel isn't working. Not sure if that's a coincidence or not.
    I tried via Dell's site to get another driver but it won't let me revert. Any ideas??? Thanks in advance ...cheers!!!
